We were born from engineers and architects who spent their careers inside operations — and grew tired of beautiful diagrams no one in the room believed anymore.
SÃO PAULO · AUSTIN, TX — A DESIGN STRATEGY GROUP COMPANY
We all recognize the same scene: someone opens an architecture diagram carefully drawn at the start of the project, and everyone in the room knows — without saying it out loud — that it no longer reflects what is in production.
Documentation ages the moment the next commit lands. The code changes every day; the drawing stays frozen in time. And when someone needs to decide where to invest, plan a migration or assess a risk, they decide from a portrait that no longer matches the company.
We always wanted to start from what is real: read the code as it is today and extract an honest diagnosis from it. For a long time that was artisanal work — weeks of interviews and manual excavation. The maturity of analysis tooling made it possible to automate the architect's eye without giving up rigor — and without stating anything the code does not prove. That is what we built.
The platform first extracts the facts deterministically — files, dependencies, cycles, authorship, vulnerabilities — each anchored to a concrete place in the code. Only then does the language layer write the assessment, and it has no permission to cite anything outside that set: an automatic guard blocks prose that invents.
What objectively exists in the repository is marked as confirmed; what depends on inference appears as probable; what cannot be stated becomes a question — never a fabricated fact. When the platform does not know, it says it does not know.
Ephemeral clone, the environment destroyed entirely at the end, only derived metadata. A product that audits other people's secret hygiene could not have bad hygiene with the client's most important asset.
There is information the code does not reveal — business context, the real gravity of a finding. When the analysis hits such an ambiguity, it asks you during generation instead of inferring blindly — and the question is always about interpretation, never about the fact.
The scales come from the most respected references in software engineering — and every report cites, in itself, the method it used.
ArchGenerator is a Design Strategy group company — and part of what we build is public.
A group company with over 20 years of executive experience leading operations at large companies and startups. Under contract, a senior analyst attests and certifies reports — the human signature that gives the document formal weight.
The quality canon our kits carry is a public registry, versioned, with a hash per file and a declared license on every rule.
Headquarters in São Paulo (Pinheiros) and a hub in Austin, TX. Service in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
No sales intermediary: whoever answers the form is the team that makes the product.
